The larger diameter improves effectiveness and increases the probability of successful decompression. Side openings along the catheter reduce the risk of occlusion caused by fluids or tissue. The construction provides improved resistance to kinking. An integrated Heimlich valve enables controlled air release. Supplied in protective single-use packaging to prevent seal damage.
